I had on my Birthday Hat

I had a birthday over the weekend! Yep deep down I'm still four years old.

My art definitely reveals an immature side of me that is for sure! (and my sweet tooth)

I spent my birthday week not exercising, eating cookies, ice-cream and all you can eat barbeque for my birthday dinner. Now that is what I call a celebration!

Brewing something Exciting & New

I have another project going on at the dollhouse. It involves lots of black ink, baby doll t-shirts and a whole lotta fun.

I learned how to screen print recently.

My head is full of images waiting to be put on an adorable t-shirt.

Some are nostalgic...

Quite a few are inspired by LOVE

Though it wouldn't be me if it ain't a little bit mischievous

Screen printing is a very hands on endeavor, laborous yet quite satisfying when it comes out perfect! Yep I will be opening a new Etsy Store...stay tuned.

Times are tough so I'm slashing prices.

Ragamuffin Princess

Reading through the etsy forums it appears that a lot of shops are experiencing low views and low sales. Times are tough out there for many (including myself who is still without employment) so I've decided to temporarily slash prices on selected prints so that every ragamuffin can enjoy a lovely doll faced print on their wall, to brighten up their day.

Sweetest Thing - Mary Jane Socks

Aren't these baby feet just the sweeeeeetest thing? I got these baby socks (for my baby) as a gift and I think every baby girl should have a pair!

I think the gift was from a boutique store but you can find them on Amazon too!

BFF's Always!

I had a really fun super duper awesometastic brunch today with my oldest and dearest friends. Best friend and I went to Rose Cafe in Venice and met our friend Rita. I've known Rita since 5th grade and we were pretty tight back then especially during the our stint as girl scouts. (Girl Scout Troop 160 whoooo hoo!) I lost touch with Rita from 1990-2009 and we found each other thanks to Facebook.

It was so much fun talking and laughing loudly and reminiscing about good ol' days and gossiping about High School boys and crushes we had!

I lived in L.A all my life and in the Westside for the last 8 years and never been to Rose Cafe.

Boy have I been missing out! They have delicious food, great coffee and mouth watering desserts.

I almost wished we didn't gab so much about boys long gone so I can focus on my eating.

I had this out of this world Salmon Florentine. Sooooooooo gooooooood.

I fully intend on going back there with my sister very soon and maybe walking around Venice Beach after.

The best thing about old friends is that they take you back to a place of your youth and you can be how you were with them. Its just like being a kid again.
